Fat Burning Exercises, Burn your Body Fat

Becoming obese is is one of the most dangerous conditions you can get into, and it affects over 40% of the IS population while quickly spreading to the rest of the world also. Obesity is caused by your body storing more fat than you can burn. The definition of obesity is is a BMI or Body Mass Index of greater than 25. If you want to do an easy workout, then avoid these. These will have you panting for air… big time. Here’s how you do them. Just squat up and down as fast as possible. Two key things to remember… keep your back as straight as possible and touch or swipe your finger tips on the floor during each repetition. By touching your finger tips to the floor you know you aren’t cheating the movement and you’re going down all the way.

Listen, flat surface walking is ok for weight loss, but it’s more for long term weight loss. Now, if you want quick weight loss, walk on an incline. Either incline a treadmill to 10-15 degree or walk up a hill, either one is fine. All you need is a quick 15-20 minute walk to really start burning off your belly fat.

Jogging is one of the favorite fat burning exercise done many people all around the world. It can be jogging on the treadmill or jogging on the empty roads, it is a very effective exercise that is employed by many people around the world. Always remember to keep your breathing in rhythm with your body while jogging. You can also couple jogging with sudden accelerated runs for added workouts to your legs hamstrings and abdomens.

Unless you want to be a marathon runner, do not run for longer than 30 minutes for fat burning. You probably thought read that wrong, well you didn’t. Men need to remember that muscle burns calories more efficiently and must be maintained for efficient fat burning. If you are into slow careful aerobic exercise, do that in your off hours as a pleasurable pastime. We are about to burn the hell out of your fat stores.

Fortunately, there are dozens and dozens of ways to do squats. For beginners, you can do wall squats or basic bodyweight squats. For intermediate level strength, you can do prisoner squats, Y-squats, and split squats (which also fall into the single-leg exercise category). Finally, if you are advanced, you can do single-leg squats. Those are all the bodyweight only exercises.
